Susannah Conway's December Reflections 2016 prompts

This month I’m joining in with Susannah Conway’s “December Reflections” project again. The last time I posted the photos on the blog was for December Reflections 2014 – in 2015 I simply posted photos on Instagram. This year I’m doing both!

If you’d like to join in, download the list of prompts from Susannah’s website.

In theory, it’s a lot less effort to post a daily photo than to post a daily film – but I still managed to miss the first day. I think I needed a break after last month’s film project.

Day 1 and Day 2: “On The Table” and “Light”
Today I led another workshop at the hospital for the art group, with a theme of Embracing Uncertainty. I was so in the zone that I forgot to film or take pictures – so this is from last month. On the Table are all sorts of art materials, and the Light is from me, shining the light that I’ve hidden under a bushel for so long. ๐Ÿ˜Š

Day 3: Fave Photo of 2016
This might not be the best photo, but it’s certainly my favourite, because it’s proof that I fulfilled a lifetime dream to visit Venice – which we did for my birthday in January – at carnival time (hence the mask!) โœจ๐Ÿ˜โœจ

Day 4: Circles
I bought these gerberas a couple of weeks ago, on one of my walks in my local neighbourhood. They’re such happy flowers, so bright and full of energy – and almost perfect circles! ๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿ’–๐Ÿ’›

  1. I love the colours in these photos – joyous is the word that comes to mind. And I particularly like the angle you chose for the Gerbera.
    Looking forward to the next!

Thank you Carolann – that’s very kind. ๐Ÿ™‚
