Personal Breakthrough Session

If you’re reading this, I’m assuming you’ve watched the movie and you’re intrigued – you want to know more about my Personal Breakthrough Sessions.

A Personal Breakthrough Session utilises Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Time Line Therapy® / Create Your Future Coaching® and Hypnosis techniques to demolish old, unhelpful habits and replace them with new, positive ones, and to set positive goals for the future.

Let me be honest here. A Personal Breakthrough Session isn’t for everybody. It’s an intense experience, and it leaves you with nowhere to hide. So I’m not going to try to ‘sell’ you on the idea. I’m just going to explain who it’s for, and who it’s definitely NOT for.

Who a Personal Breakthrough Session IS for

  • People who have had enough of going round in circles, unable to decide what they want to be when they grow up
  • People who want to play bigger in their career or business, but have lacked the confidence to go out on a limb
  • People who have been struggling with a personal problem for years, and need help to find a solution that will work long-term

Who a Personal Breakthrough Session is NOT for

  • People who are happier to give reasons/excuses why they can’t have what they want, rather than doing what it takes to get results
  • People who aren’t prepared to play full-on and give 100% of their commitment and energy to achieving the results they want
  • People who have tried lots of other ways to solve their problem, unsuccessfully, and are looking for another opportunity to fail

And now for some more brutal honesty…

A Personal Breakthrough Session is expensive.

Plus, you’ll be required to give up two half-days of your time, on two consecutive weekdays (not evenings or weekends), and you’ll be given tasks to do beforehand and in between the two sessions.

What else? Hmmm… oh yes, you’ll also be required

  • to be totally open and honest about your problem
  • to have total belief in and commitment to the processes for getting rid of your problem
  • to take full responsibility for how you live your life and the choices you make
  • to take action, following the session, to move you toward your goals
  • to focus on What You Want, not on what you don’t want
  • to set goals which are ecological – for yourself, other people, and the planet

Here’s how it works

First you need to phone me or send me an e-mail, to register your interest and to arrange a 30 minute phone interview.

Then, during that 30 minute interview, I’ll ask you a number of questions about your problem, what you’ve done in the past to try and get rid of it, and why you want to get rid of it now. I don’t do this to be nosy – I’m just really trying to weed out anyone who isn’t serious about getting rid of their old problem and changing their life completely.

After that phone interview, one of two things will happen.

One, I’ll decide that you’re not ready for a Personal Breakthrough Session, and I’ll suggest that you get back in touch with me at a later date. Or two, I’ll decide we MIGHT be a good match, and we’ll schedule the first half-day session to really get to the heart of the problem. In the meantime, I’ll give you a task to do before the first session, to make sure that you’re totally committed and willing to play at 100%.

At the end of the first session, we’ll discuss whether you’re ready to go the full distance. The first session will have loosened up the problem somewhat – but if you’re not ready to let go of it completely, then there’ll be no hard feelings. Again, I’ll suggest that you get back in touch with me if and when you’re ready.
